Summary of Incident:
On April 04, 2019, Officer Robert Gerrish stopped a Chevrolet Cavalier for motor vehicle violations on Federal Street in St. Johnsbury. As the vehicle pulled into a private driveway, the passenger immediately fled the scene heading on foot towards Route 5. During a search of the area, a cache of property consisting of electronic media, was located hidden along the path from which the subject fled. The driver, Mr. Damion Gage, Age 27, was issued a variety of civil violation complaints and the vehicle was towed.
