Summary of Incident:
On April 13, 2019, Officer Robert Gerrish was conducting an investigation into an assault that occurred on Railroad Street. Subject to that investigation, Cowdrey was located on Weeks Court in an intoxicated state. Cowdrey was screened and found to require protective custody due to her status as an incapacitated person. While transporting Cowdrey to the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility, Cowdrey urinated and spat in the back of the police cruiser. Cowdrey was charged with disorderly conduct and cited into Caledonia Superior Court, Criminal Division for June 10, 2019.
