While on patrol, Ofc. Robert Gerrish of the St. Johnsbury Police Department observed an underage drinking incident on Harrison Ave. Subsequent investigation resulted in the citation of Connor S. Foster-Leon for Liquor Sale or Furnishing to Minors, Enabling Consumption. Mr. Foster-Leon was cited into Caledonia Superior Court, Criminal Division on August 26, 2019 for the above violation.
