SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 07/22/2019 at approximately 1800 hours, St, Johnsbury Police Responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at Jack Laser Carwash on Railroad Street after investigation, Nicole Guinard was taken into custody after she was found to have an active extraditable warrant in Grafton County, New Hampshire. While being Searched prior to admission into Northeast Regional Correctional Facility a piece of foil was removed from Guinard’s waistband that was suspected to contain Heroin.
