Summary of Incident:
While on patrol, Ofc. Robert Gerrish of the St. Johnsbury Police Department observed a motor vehicle violation on School Street. Subsequent investigation revealed the operator of that motor vehicle, Mr. Todd S. Muzzy, was driving on a criminally suspended license. Muzzy was arrested, processed and cited into Caledonia Superior Court, Criminal Division on September 30, 2019 for the above violation.
