The St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint of a disturbance occurring outside 139 Central Street. Upon arrival, Sgt. Rivard and Officer Robert Gerrish found Steven Simonds (41). Further investigation revealed Simonds was the subject of 2 warrants from the State of Vermont and an extraditable warrant for Possession of Cocaine out of Grafton County, New Hampshire.
