Summary of Incident:
During a traffic stop, Ofc. Gerrish
recovered a white powdery substance from a vehicle owned and operated by Vera
I. Langmaid. The white powdery substance subsequently field tested positive for
the chemical properties of cocaine. Ms. Langmaid was cited into Caledonia
Superior Court, Criminal Division to answer the charge on July 13, 2020.
