Whilst on patrol, Officer Robert Gerrish of the St. Johnsbury Police Department observed Kasea L. Hill walking on Railroad Street at approximately 1936 hours, in violation of a 24 hour curfew. Ms. Kasea Hill was contacted on Maple Street, arrested and cited into Caledonia Superior Court on January 27, 2020 to answer the charge of Violation of Conditions of Release.
