SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 12/30/2020 William [EXPUNGED] came into the police department to report an accident. After further investigation, it was found that [EXPUNGED] followed a vehicle out of Maplefields to the park and ride, then followed the vehicle from the park and ride to the municipal parking lot between Pearl Street and Railroad Street. While in the parking lot [EXPUNGED] drove across the length of the parking lot, striking the other vehicle and then striking it again as the vehicle tried to leave. On 01/03/2020 [EXPUNGED] was cited for Gross Negligent Operation, Simple Assault, and FIPO.
