On 01/08/2021 Officers responded to a call for a citizen dispute. After further investigation, Ofc Patric Saad and I were advised that there was an active Relief From Abuse order against Donley from New Hampshire for his partner, Amanda Wakeham. Donley was arrested for Violation of Abuse Protection Order and Flash Cited for Monday.
