SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date & time, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed Ashley N. Beckwith (27) of St. Johnsbury, VT in the company of a person she was under active conditions of release to have no contact with and remain 300 feet away from. Further investigation revealed Beckwith was out and about in violation of a 24 hour curfew. Beckwith was arrested. Beckwith was later cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the charges of Violation of Conditions of Release (3 counts). Beckwith’s court date will be March 8, 2021 @ 1000 hours.
