SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
After further investigation into the below incident, [EXPUNGED] of St. Johnsbury, was issued a citation on May 10, 2021 for False Reports to Law Enforcement after it was determined that he gave false statements to investigating officers to try and deflect the investigation away from Mr. Neville’s furnishing of the alcohol. He was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the case on July 19, 2021 at 0830.
