SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint about suspicious activity at 340 Summer Street #6. Upon further investigation, on May 5, 2021, Jack C. Granger III was located at that residence and arrested for violation of 24 hour curfew that required him to be at an address in Concord, VT. Investigation revealed he had been living on Summer Street for several months. The Honorable Court ordered Granger lodged at Northeastern Regional Correctional Facility on conditions. Granger will appear in Caledonia Superior Court on May 6, 2021 at 12:30pm.
