SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint of two people possibly stealing from the Salvation Army, one of whom was in the bathroom and refusing to leave. Officers responded and escorted two people off the premises. One of them, Devine C. Campbell-Reid, was cited for Retail Theft. Campbell-Reid will answer the citation in Caledonia Superior Court on July 12, 2021 @ 0830 hours.
