On the above date and time, a vehicle was stopped near 287 Portland Street for a motor vehicle equipment violation observed on Railroad Street. A passenger in the vehicle, Kevin Reynolds, was identified by officers and found to have 2 active arrest warrants. Reynolds was taken into custody. The vehicle was searched. Reynolds was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility on $10,200 bail.
