SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On December 10, 2021 at about 2329 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a noise complaint about a possible disturbance originating at 35 Washington Avenue. The original complaint was unfounded, but one of the residents was arrested on an outstanding warrant and lodged at Northeast Regional Correctional Facility in lieu of $50 bail.
