SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On December 21, 2021, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Old Center Road. The vehicle was stopped on Mill Street. The operator, Katrina Diller, was found to have an extraditable felony warrant out of New Hampshire for forgery of a public document / public welfare – prohibited act. Diller was removed from the vehicle and arrested. On the order of the Honorable Court, Diller was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility on $1,000 bail.
