SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On December 21, 2021 at about 1353 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle equipment violation on Mill Street. The vehicle was stopped on Pleasant Street near School Street and the operator was found to be a 15 year old juvenile who did not have a license. As this was his 2nd or subsequent offense of driving without a license he was cited into family court. The vehicle owner was ticketed for permitting illegal operation and allowing operation of a vehicle without insurance. The vehicle was hauled away by McKay’s Towing of Lunenburg.
