SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On September 1, 2022 at about 2044 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department was dispatched to 76 Dundee Street for a reported family related disturbance. After investigation, Travis Betournay was arrested and taken into custody. Betournay was cited for the above violations into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of October 24, 2022 at 0830 hours. Betournay was later held for detoxification at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility.
