SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On September 28, 2022, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer conducting Governor’s Highway Safety Program on Memorial Drive observed a motor vehicle violation on Memorial Drive. The car was stopped as it pulled into a driveway off Mount Pleasant Street. The operator, Jazmyn Cummings, was found to have an extraditable warrant out of Coos County, New Hampshire for 3 counts of felony possession of controlled substances. Cummings was arrested as a Fugitive from Justice and brought before the Honorable Court where she was ordered held pending extradition. Cummings was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility.
