SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On September 29, 2022, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer stopped a motor vehicle for a violation observed on Portland Street. Investigation revealed that the operator displayed signs of impairment by a substance other than alcohol. The vehicle operator, Brian Brewster, was arrested for suspicion of DUI Drugs. A Drug Influence Evaluation was obtained with the assistance of the Vermont State Police. Brewster was released to a sober adult. Brewster was cited into Caledonia Superior Court regarding this issue with a court date of January 9, 2023 at 0830 hours.
