SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On September 2, 2022, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer developed information about a possible violation of the Vermont Sex Offender Registry. On September 25, 2022, Kyle Pivonka was located at his employment at the Fairbanks Inn and cited for failing to register his work at that location. Pivonka was cited for a November 14, 2022 arraignment at 0830 hours in Caledonia Superior Court.
