SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On May 6, 2023, at about 2042 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer contacted a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of Aubuchon’s Hardware, which was closed. Wade Whitehouse was located in the car and arrested for being out and about after a court ordered curfew. Whitehouse was flash cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of May 8, 2023 at 1230 hours.
