SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 05/15/2023, I observed a silver Mercedes operating the wrong way through the "Honking Tunnel" on Depot Sq, which is a one-way street. I initiated a traffic stop on Weeks Ct, under the Portland St Bridge. Antino Pepper, who I recognized from prior law enforcement encounters, was a passenger in the vehicle. I believed Pepper to have an active warrant for his arrest, and after confirmation from dispatch, he was arrested, processed and transported to NECC for lack of $200 bail.
