On May 21, 2023, at about 2302 hours, St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officers observed Shawn Greenwood on Bay Street at the Three Rivers bike path shelter, in violation of a curfew requiring him to be overnight at an address in Wheelock. Greenwood was cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of June 12, 2023 at 0830 hours and advised to return to his court assigned address.
