On May 13, 2023, at about 0015 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint about a man wandering around Mount Pleasant St near the fountain park yelling and swearing, swinging a roller a bag around. Gary Bolton was located, arrested for violation of conditions of release as to curfew and lodged at Northeast Regional Correctional Facility on $200 cash bail or surety.
