On 08/05/2023 at approximately 19:40 hours, St. Johnsbury Police responded to North Avenue in the Town of St. Johnsbury for an intoxicated female refusing to leave an apartment. On arrival the female was identified as Shauna Herbert. Herbert was found to have an extraditable warrant from Grafton County New Hampshire on an original charge of Accomplice to Burglary. Herbert was taken into custody and lodged at NERCC for lack of the bail imposed.
