SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On August 25, 2023 Det. Sgt. Lester Cleary responded to a requested welfare check on Caleb Sidney, 20 of St. Johnsbury. The ensuing investigation led to the arrest of Sidney for Domestic Assault after it was determined he struck his partner. Sidney was flash cited for Monday August 28, 2023 at 1230 hours and released on conditions to include no contact with the victim.
