SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On August 20, 2023, Det. Sgt. Lester Cleary responded to Anthony’s Diner for a report of a male inside the business causing a scene. He arrived and learned the individual was Trent Demers, 28 of St. Johnsbury. Dispatch confirmed that Demers had been issued a notice of No trespass for the business on Friday, August 18, 20323. Demers was located and cited to appear on October 16, 2023 to answer the charge.
