On 11/18/2023 at approximately 00:36 hours, St. Johnsbury Police responded 48 Eastern Avenue in the Town of St. Johnsbury for a reported assault. After investigation Dylan Heywood was taken into custody after he was found to be in contact with a person who he had active conditions not to be. HE was lodged at the NERCC for lack of the $200.00 bail imposed.
