On 11/19/2023 at approximately 00:07 hours, Deputy Deos and Corporal Hartwell responded to a report of a female passed out in a running vehicle in the area of 251 Portland Street in the Town of St. Johnsbury. Subsequently Cheyenne Spreadbury was taken into custody for suspicion of operating under the influence of drugs, operating after criminal suspension and operating without a valid license.
