SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 11/21/2017,
Joshua J. Petitpas was charged for operating without a license. On 10/25/2017
at approximately 1724 hours it was reported a vehicle struck another vehicle at
Champlain Farms, and left the scene. The collision caused minor damage to a
vehicle parked at the store. A subsequent investigation revealed the operator
to be Joshua J. Petitpas, who was operating without a valid license, after
having received a previous civil violation within the previous two years for
operating without a license in VT.
