SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
St. Johnsbury Police responded to a panic
alarm at just after 6:00 PM at the Champlain Farms Store on Railroad Street in
St. Johnsbury. After investigation William Liberatore was taken into custody
and charged with retail theft and unlawful trespass as he had already been
issued two previous notices of trespass in 2000 and 2011 for that location.
