SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 11/22/17,
at approximately 1136 hours, officers responded to a minor motor vehicle
accident at the White Market. The operator of one of the involved vehicles,
Bobby Brooks, was found to have been operating with a criminally suspended
license. Brooks was transported to the St. Johnsbury Police Department
for processing and released with a citation.
