SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 11/11/17,
at approximately 2137 hours, officers responded to 397 Railroad St. for a
report of a male subject yelling and throwing items at people, and refusing to
leave a business. The male, identified by witnesses as Robert Turcotte, was gone
upon officers’ arrival, but was located on Railroad St. at approximately 0106
hours on 11/12/17. Turcotte was cited and released.
