SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 11/14/17,
at approximately 2222 hours, officers discovered <EXPUNGED>, East
Burke, at a facility located at 1082 Hospital Drive in St. Johnsbury. <EXPUNGED>
is currently on release from Caledonia Criminal Court under conditions including
a 24 hour curfew at his residence. <EXPUNGED> was transported to the St.
Johnsbury Police Department for processing and released with a citation.
