SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 01-11-18, at
approximately 0943 hours, a two-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of
Mount Vernon Street and High Street. Both operators were wearing their
seatbelts and no injury was reported, although there was damage to both
vehicles. Susanne Wernecke was issued a Vermont Civil Violation Complaint
for improper turning at intersection.
