SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: While
traveling South on Railroad Street in the area Union Bank in St. Johnsbury, I
saw Dan Berube drive by heading in the opposite direction. At this time I
was aware of Dan and knew he had an active warrant. I immediately turned
around and stopped Dan and arrested him on his warrants.
