SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 01/29/2018 at approximately 1530
hours, St. Johnsbury Police responded to a report of a driver going the wrong
direction on Pearl Street a One-Way Street in the Town of St. Johnsbury. After
investigation the operator <SEALED> was taken into custody on suspicion
of DUI and operating after criminal suspension as he was under suspension for
several prior DUI’s dating back to 1986. The passenger Stephen Zuraw was taken
into custody after he was found to have active conditions of release forbidding
him from drinking alcohol.
