SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 01/17/2018 at
approximately 1838 hours, it was reported items had gone missing from an
apartment on Railroad Street in St. Johnsbury over the past several months. The
complainant advised they had received information about the whereabouts of the
items. A subsequent investigation found Jeffrey Bragdon to be in possession of
a train set and two childrens' chairs not belonging to him. Bragdon was issued
a citation for Possession of Stolen Property.
