SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police received
multiple calls reporting a male walking down the middle of Railroad Street from
Depot Square Apartments to Rite Aid. Upon arrival, police located Maurice
Carr who identified himself as the person who was walking in traffic. Due
to displaying signs of intoxication, Carr was taken into protective
custody. Carr was cited for Disorderly Conduct and released.
