Request For Information
The St. Johnsbury Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating the person/people responsible for a recent vandalism to the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in St. Johnsbury. On 03/27/2018 at approximately 5:30 PM, 3 males described as in their early 20’s were seen by a caretaker snowboarding at the cemetery. Several trees were cut to make room for this activity and debris was left behind from the cutting of the trees. A second witness advised that he saw a vehicle parked at the lower entrance to the cemetery at about the time of the incident. The vehicle is described as white or silver station wagon (possibly a Subaru) with a large homemade wooden storage rack on top. If anyone has information about the suspects or the vehicle in question they are asked to call the St. Johnsbury Police Department at (802)748-2314.

The warrant was granted and a search of the purse was conducted. Along with paraphernalia 11 small packages of what is believed to be heroin was found within he purse. On 03/29/18 at 1932 Mitchell was located walking across the Portland Street Bridge. Mitchell was arrested for the above offense.

On 01/19/2018, I received a report from a
St. Johnsbury resident advising that over the past few month an acquaintance of
him/her had removed a large sum of money from their bank accounts via a Person
to Person (P2P) money transfers. After investigation Elysia Conley was cited to
appear in Caledonia Superior Court, to answer to the charges of Grand Larceny
and False Pretenses or Tokens. In total $5150.00 was transferred from the
complainant’s accounts to Conley in several P2P transactions.

where Lloyd falsified information on an application for a firearm, the sale was
denied, and Lloyd was charged with the crime. Lloyd was lodged at Northeast
Regional correctional Facility for lack of the $20,000 bail imposed by the
court.
