SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 01/19/2018, I received a report from a St. Johnsbury resident advising that over the past few month an acquaintance of him/her had removed a large sum of money from their bank accounts via a Person to Person (P2P) money transfers. After investigation Elysia Conley was cited to appear in Caledonia Superior Court, to answer to the charges of Grand Larceny and False Pretenses or Tokens. In total $5150.00 was transferred from the complainant’s accounts to Conley in several P2P transactions.
