SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 02/08/2018 at
approximately 1730 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department responded to a
report of a physical altercation in the lobby at 10 Eastern Avenue in St.
Johnsbury. What began as a verbal dispute turned into a physical altercation
between two parties. Melissa Birch was subsequently charged with Simple Assault
for her role in the altercation. After further review of the case, June
Philbrook was also issued a citation for her role in the matter.
