SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 03/08/2018, while investigating an
unrelated incident, St. Johnsbury Police discovered that Kayla Lloyd was a
person who had two extraditable felony warrants out of the State of
Pennsylvania. The warrants stemmed from an incident that occurred in 2017,
where Lloyd falsified information on an application for a firearm, the sale was
denied, and Lloyd was charged with the crime. Lloyd was lodged at Northeast
Regional correctional Facility for lack of the $20,000 bail imposed by the
court.
