Ofc. Sophie Patenaude found Raul Garcia to be in operation of a motor vehicle
during a traffic stop on North Avenue. A subsequent investigation determined
that Garcia’s license is criminally suspended. Garcia was cited, and is
scheduled to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia Criminal Division on 04/16/18
at 0830 hours.
