SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: At 2143 hours,
a motor vehicle was stopped on Railroad Street in St Johnsbury after violating
the village ordinance for excessive motor vehicle noise. The subsequent
investigation led to the arrest of Cameron Dwinell, 18 of Lyndonville for DUI,
as well as his three juvenile passengers being issued Diversion paperwork for
being minors who had consumed alcohol. Dwinell was cited to appear on
April 16, 2018 to answer the charge.
