SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 04/01/2018 at 0240 hours, Brooke M. Rowell was taken into custody
at Maplefield’s in St. Johnsbury for an active arrest warrant for several
charges of Violation of Conditions of Release. After investigation Rowell was
also found to be in violation of an abuse prevention order issued a week prior
in Grafton County New Hampshire. She was lodged at the Northeast Regional
Correction Facility in St. Johnsbury for lack of the $5000.00 bail imposed on
the warrant.
