SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 04/27/18, officers responded to Elm Street in St. Johnsbury for a report of a citizen dispute. Upon arrival, officers were advised by witnesses that [EXPUNGED] had been shouting obscenities at a group of residents standing outside an apartment building, and threatened to shoot one of them. [EXPUNGED] was cited, and is scheduled to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia Criminal Division on 06/04/18 at 0830 hours.
