SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 04/29/18, Officer Sophie Patenaude responded to 716 Railroad Street in St. Johnsbury for a report of a retail theft. A subsequent investigation determined that Brittany Chandler had taken two packs of cigarettes from Family Dollar without paying for them. Chandler was cited, and is scheduled to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia Criminal Division on 06/04/18 at 0830 hours.
